Desde quarta feira que não saio de casa devido às dores fortes da fibromialgia.

Ao reflectir nesta mensagem ganhei forças dentro da minha alma, já que com o corpo não posso contar.

Vou sair de casa...ver pessoas... ouvir os sons da rua mas principalmente respirar...

Vou mostrar quem manda em mim e que eu sou capaz de a vencer (fibromialgia) por mais difícil que seja eu acrdeito que querer tem poder.

Para ti que estas a ler isto e tens este "bicho" faz o mesmo mostra que tu és capaz 💪

Vive simples, sonha grande, sê grata, dá amor, ri muito!

Since Wednesday I have not left home due to the strong pains of fibromyalgia.

As I reflected on this message I gained strength within my soul, since with the body I can not count.

I'm going to leave the house ... see people ... hear the sounds of the street but mainly breathe ...

I will show who is in charge of me and that I am capable of overcoming it (fibromyalgia) no matter how difficult it is, I feel that I want to have power.

For you who are reading this and you have this "bug" does the same shows that you are able 💪
